Since 2005 OrSlow has made clothes in Japan that are inspired by vintage garments. Rather than reproductions, they focus on interpreting the past through a modern lens with emphasis on quality construction, comfort and timeless style. 

This is OrSlow's version of a pair of iconic USN Denim Sailor Pants from the 50/60s. The fit has a high waist and wide legs with a wide flare opening. A great and fun fact when it comes to flare is that they were first used on sailors pants like these because you could easily fold them up and pull them over the thigh to avoid getting wet. The width at the bottom is formed with the same width as the thigh for that reason. 

The US navy trousers have become a favorite among us in the store and we dare say that these are among the absolute best fits for both men and women.

This is the kind of garment that tends to become a favorite in the wardrobe. Well-chosen details combined with a beautiful denim fabric that is wonderful to wear and only looks better with age. Everything you could want from a pair of perfect denim pants in our opinion.

All measurements are in centimeters and measured on a flat surface. The thigh measurements are taken 10 centimeters down from the crotch straight across the pant leg.
